Shehzad Town / Chak Shehzad Agro Farmhouses, Islamabad
Shehzad Town is a suburb of Islamabad, Pakistan. It lies along the Kuree Road and is located close to the National Institute of Health Colony and the regional Islamabad headquarters of SAARC.
Shehzad Town is a fully developed and occupied residential housing project located at Park Road on eastern side of Islamabad Highway. Chak Shahzad is also located on the same road at 5 minutes of drive. The fully developed area with the availability of all living amenities makes the site perfect for residency. National Agriculture Research Center is located towards western side while Jinnah Avenue is located towards eastern side. Northern side comprise of part of National Agriculture Research Center office while Chak Shahzad is located towards southern side. The project includes all living amusements including paved street, park, town market, F.G. Primary School and street lights, water, electricity, gas, sewerage and drainage system. The complete living infrastructure result in developed houses and almost all of the plots have been converted into homes. It is a small town with a total of 23 streets.
