PROGRESS REPORT1.0 GENERAL
1.1 Mobilization Work
Mobilization works since completed within 1st two month of the start of work.
2.0 ROAD WORKS
2.1 Earth Work In Cutting/Filling
The work is done during this month on street #13A, 13A-1 and 23 in sector E-16/3. The gain progress during the month is 0.29%.The total up to date progress is 75.86%.
2.2 Sub-grade Preparation
The work is done during this month on street #13A-1 and 12A-1 in sector E-16/3.The total up to date progress is 75.86% and the progress for the month is 0.33%.
2.3 Sub-Base Course
66.85% of the total work has been completed. The work done during the month on street#30,36,21 and 28 in sector E-16/3 and st#26A and 29A in sector E-17/3.The progress measured during the month is 1.02%.
2.4 Aggregate Base Course
1.20% work is done during this month on street #30,36,28,21 and
19 in sector E-16/3 and st#26A, 29A in sector E-17/3. The up to date progress is measured 66.46% of the total work.
2.5 Prime Coat
The prime coat spray is carried out on st#20, 21, 28, 30 and 36 in sector E-16/3 and st#4, 26A, 29A and 6A in sector E-17/3. The progress measured during the month is 1.81% and up to date progress is 65.64%.
2.6. TST
No further activity has been carried out under the TST head. The previous up to date progress is 54.57%.
2.7 Wearing Course
No further activity is carried out on the wearing course head the previous progress is 62.89%.
2.8 Curb Stone Fixing
No work during the month has been noticed. Up to date progress is retained 68.53. %
2.9 Drainage Work
The drainage work has been completed during this month along the Street#12 up 250 ft in length and M-3, in sector E-17 and E-16/3 respectively.
3.0 SEWERAGE SYSTEM
3.1 Excavation
Excavation work done during the month for the sewerage pipe line and construction of manhole along street no. 22 A, 30B, 30A and major road in sector E-16/3.The progress was measured for the month is 0.62% and the total up to date progress is 73.73%.
3.2 Backfilling
72.87% of the total work is completed. The work done was continued along major road street no. 22, 30A, 21 in sector E-16/3. The progress gain for this month is 0.62%.
3.3 Manhole Construction
Manholes are constructed during the month along the street no. 30A, 30B, 22,22A and Major road in sector E-16/3. It has been completed up to 72.02% and progress for the month achieved is 1.15%.
3.4 Sewerage Network
72.99% of the total work has been completed during the month. The progress was measured 0.70%. Work has been carried out along the Street No.22, 30A, 30B and Major road in sector E-16/3.
3.5 Structural Works (Box Culvert)
Out of 15 Nos. proposed Box culverts 9 Nos. have so far been completed in the land already in possession. The remaining 6 Nos. are proposed in the extended, the possession yet to be taken over. No work during the month.
4.0 WATER SUPPLY NETWORK
4.1 Excavation / Backfilling
75.19% of the total work has been completed. Excavation was made for Water supply work along Street No. 30 and Major road in sectors E -16/3.The progress was measured for this month is 0.58%.
4.2 Water Supply Network
74.59% of the total work has been completed during the month and progress for the month was measured 0.52%. The work has been carried out along the Street No. 30 and Major road in sectors E -16/3.
5.0 O/H & U/G WATER TANKS
5.1 Construction of U/G Water Tank
The 03 Nos. underground water tanks each of 100,000 gallon capacity have been completed 100% only accessories are remaining. Providing and lying of terrazzo lining in the underground water tank is completed.
5.2 Construction Of O/H Water Tank
Structural work for the total 03 Nos. of OHWT has been 100% completed. Terrazzo lining inside of the tank bowl at tank no. 2 and 3 in sector E-16/2 and E-16/3 respectively has been completed and further terrazzo lining work is in progress at tank No. 01 in sector E-17/3 and approximately 100% lining work of tank#01 is completed.
6.0 ELECTRICAL WORKS
Electrical works not started yet.
7.0 SUI GAS WORKS
The laying of Sui gas pipe lines dia 1/1/4” approx. length 2KM was continued during the month at different roads in sectors E-16/2 & E-17. The interconnection of the lines and testing will be done after the completion of the pipe lay.

The work is done during this month on street #26A, 29A in sector . E-17. The measured progress of this month is 0.08%.The total up to date progress is 75.83%.
1.2 Sub-grade Preparation
The work is done during this month on street #26A, 29A and in sector E-17.The total up to date progress is 75.81%.
1.3 Sub-Base Course
65.93% of the total work has been completed. The work done during the month on street#20, 4, 6A, 26A in sector E-16/3 and E-17.The progress measured during the month is 0.65%.
1.4 Aggregate Base Course
0.54% work is done during this month on street #20 in sector E-16/3 and st#4, 6A in sector E-17. The up to date progress is measured 65.37% of the total work.
1.5 Prime Coat
The prime coat spray is carried out on M-2 and major road in sector E-16/3 . The progress measured during the month is 0.74% and up to date progress is 63.93%.
1.6 TST
No further activity has been carried out under the TST head. The previous up to date progress is 54.57%.

The asphalt wearing course work is carried out on M-2 and major road. The progress achieved during the month is 1.47% and the total upto date progress is 62.89%.

Street#12 up 250 ft in length and M-3 up to 200 ft in length, in sector E-17 and E-16/3 respectively.
2.0 SEWERAGE SYSTEM
2.1 Excavation
73.23% of the total work has been completed. Excavation was made for Sewerage work along Street No. 21, 28 and 30 in sector E -16/3. The progress was measured for the month is 0.69%.
2.2 Backfilling
72.38% of the total work is completed. The progress gain for this month is 1.16%.
2.3 Manhole Construction
Manholes are constructed during the month along the street no. 30, 28 and 21 in sector E-16/3. It has been completed up to 71.09% and progress for the month achieved is 1.02%.
2.4 Sewerage Network
72.41% of the total work has been completed. During the month progress was measured 0.74%. Work has been carried out along the Street No.30, 28 and 21 in sector E-16/3.
2.5 Structural Works (Box Culvert)
Out of 15 Nos. proposed Box culverts 9 Nos. have so far been completed in the land already in possession. The remaining 6 Nos. are proposed in the extended, the possession yet to be taken over. No work during the month.

74.21% of the total work has been completed during the month and progress for the month was measured 0.68%. Work has been carried out along the Street No. 28, 21,36 and 35 in sectors E -16/3 .
4.0 O/H & U/G WATER TANKS
4.1 Construction of U/G Water Tank

Tender for pre-qualification of contractors for under-ground laying of electricity cables is under process.
6.0 SUI GAS WROKS
The laying of Sui gas pipe lines dia 4” length 2KM was continued during the month at different roads in sectors E-16/3 & E-17. Mostly work was continued at main approach road to lay the main line of dia 6”. The interconnection of the lines and testing will be done after the completion of the pipe lay.
